Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy :

  • Exchanges are applicable only in case of damaged products or Wrong delivery.
  • No returns or Exchange is done when the customer has opted for stitching and customization in the order.
  • Little Wish will be able to exchange any online sales purchased at subject to the following conditions.
  • Products can be exchanged within 5 days from the date of delivery. The exchange can be done through online dispatch.
  • The entire amount of the product exchanged, to be used.
  • Exchanges are allowed with the same or different products of same price or higher.
  • The exchange at the store is only valid for national customers.

Exchange Process :

  • We request the customers to kindly follow the below process for exchanging the products online.
  • A new purchase has to be made with the desired changes.
  • Once the New purchase is done kindly mail us your order details along with shipment details of the existing piece which you want to exchange.
  • Once the product is received at our end, it will go through an internal quality check. During the quality check, we will check the product is unused and unaltered.
  • After the product is verified, we will make the refund at the earliest.

Return Intimation :

  • You can Email us at within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • The exchange at Store – We would assist you appropriately with a store conveniently located once your intimation mail is received.
  • Online Exchange – The details of the Exchange(Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Exchange) should be shared with the Customer Support Team by email after the intimation mail.
  • We will issue an 60% refund of the product price. (40% will be Order Processing charges).
  • If the payment was made in cash then the refund is made in the form of a cheque/bank transfer.
  • If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment was made. ┬áIt will take 4-6 working days to receive credit back.
  • Note: Only in the above case, the shipping amount of Rs.150 would be given to the domestic customer for re-shipping the product to us. For orders outside of India, all shipping costs of returning the defective products back to us in India, over and above such amount paid towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.

Cancellation Refund Policy :

  • We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. However, if there is an item unavailable in your purchase due to any reason, we will promptly inform you via mail within 2 working days of the purchase.
  • After which you have the option of either substituting your product with a same or higher priced product or canceling the order, for which a refund would be initiated.
  • An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded subject to the following.
  • A refund request needs to be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If the customer places an order from abroad and the shipping address is in India then the shipping cost should be free.
